Can
you use "Bear Essentials Graphics" on items you sell?
No,
sorry, no person or organization is permitted to use any
"Bear Essentials
Graphics" on items being sold, or to decorate items being
sold. If you see such items, can you let me know please, as they
are being sold without my permission. My
graphics are for personal use only, and no-one has permission to
make a profit from my work in any way, shape or form.

Do
any web designers have permission to use "Bear Essentials
Graphics" clipart?
No,
no web designers have permission to use my graphics to create
web sites for profit or charity. My graphics are sold for a
person's personal use only. Please read my 'Terms Of
Use" where it is explained more fully.

Cross-stitch
and digitized embroidery Licencing rights.
I
know many of you have asked for permission to do this, but
no-one is granted the Licensing Rights to convert any "Bear
Essentials Graphics" image into cross-stitch or digitised
embroidery designs for sale or distribution.

Custom
Graphics
Due
to time constraints, I am
not able to take orders for any custom work.

Protecting
your graphics on your web pages.
I
do require anyone who uses my graphics to add the "No Right
Click" script to
any pages that contain my graphics. Please click here
to obtain the free script from Dynamic Drive. This script
disables the right click function if a person tries to save
anything from your page. If
you have upgraded your browser to IE 6.0, you would notice it
has an "Image Toolbar" which automatically pops up to
enable you to save any image on a webpage despite the "No
Right Click" script being installed. You may wish to
disable this feature, so that your site's images are not so
readily exposed to manipulation. Dynamic Drive has come up with
a solution with a simple Meta Tag, click
here to read and get the code.

Attention
to AOL users
All
images purchased from "Bear Essentials Graphics"are in
GIF format, however unfortunately, some AOL users might discover
that the GIF format changes to other formats such as .ART once
they have saved the images. To prevent this, you can read about
it at www.Autumnweb.com,
click onto "Free Webpage Help", click onto
"Please come in" and scroll down the page and click
onto the icon next to the title which reads "AOL graphics +
Browser Problems". Please make yourself familiar with this
as I know it can be very frustrating for AOL users to find their
graphics are changed, and think there is something wrong with
the graphics I am sending. AOL might also be able to assist you
in how you should overcome this problem.

Is
it OK to use "Bear Essentials" images for Incredimail
or web stationery?
The
very simple answer is no. I do not give anyone permission to use
my graphics in this way. I am
very sorry, I still do not approve of such use as I really do
not wish for my cliparts to be redistributed in any form nor to
be made into something new such as web stationeries or else I
would have offered them myself from my website. So please, no
making of any NEW web things with my clipart - no web
stationeries, no web quilt patches, banners, cards, postcards,
no sig tags, etc. You may not resize any graphic, recolour it,
or change them in any way, shape or form. My graphics definitely
may not be converted to PSP tubes, I just want my graphics to
remain as they were created. You might say that you're giving my
website more exposure by making web stationeries with my link on
it - being distributed freely on the net - however
it is way too easy for my graphics to be stolen and misused this
way. If you see my work being used in this way, I would really
appreciate you letting me know.

Is
it OK to direct link to graphic on this web site?
Absolutely
not. All graphics on this web site
including the backgrounds, were designed by me for this web site
only. You definitely may not remove them for any reason. The
only graphics you may remove from this web site for your own
personal use are Herbert
Adoption Collector's Graphics or the sig-tags
which can be found on the freebies page. If
you would like any of those graphics from the "Herbert
Collector's page or the freebie
sig-tag page, you must save them to your
hard-drive. Please do not direct link to my web site, as this steals
my bandwidth. Just as it is no acceptable for you to steal
electricity from your neighbour, equally it is stealing to use
my bandwidth. Please link any of the free for link graphics to
http://bearessentialsgraphics.com
All other graphics are not to be taken for any reason without my
expressed written permission.
